| Description | Original etching by Leon Louis Dolice inscribed to George Cator, Esquire, that features a night view of the Washington Monument in Baltimore. This view shows a portion of the southern park of Mount Vernon Place and includes the equestrian statue of the Marquis de Lafayette, the Mount Vernon United Methodist Church, and the base and column of the monument with the silhouette of Washington's statue against the night sky. The etching is signed and is one of twelve Baltimore etchings by Dolice, a European artist who visited the city in 1924.
