Transcript	Baltimore Dec 7 / 70 . Dear Neilson I presume you will be very glad when I can no longer trouble you, I know my fortune is nearly gone. But I think and hope God will in some way provide me the means to procure the little things I so much need. Will you please send me $10. I hope Josephine will come soon to see me. Christmas will soon be here, but it will be no Christmas for me. I always think of my loved ones who are gone. Please give my love to Josephine, and the girls . Yours affectionately M Clemm.
