Transcript	Baltimore Oct 19 / 70 Dear Neilson Will you please send me $10. I presume you will be very glad when my fortune is at an end, for I have been much trouble to you, I have been in hope that it would last as long as I would but I fear it will not. I thank God for the many comforts it has afforded me. And some others have derived benefit from it. Please give my love to Josephine and the girls, and accept a large portion for yourself from yours affectionately Maria Clemm
