Description	Program for the presentation of the Army-Navy "E" Award for Excellence in War Production to the workers of Price Brothers Company in Frederick, Maryland on April 28, 1944. The program includes a copy of a letter dated April 1, 1944 from U.S. Under Secretary of War Robert P. Patterson to the men and women of Price Brothers informing them that the "E" award was being conferred upon them. Also included is a copy of a letter of acknowledgement dated April 7, 1944 from L.V. Roughan, General Manager of Price Brothers, to Robert Patterson. The award presentation activities are listed, such as the singing of "America" and the "Star Spangled Banner, the posting of the Army-Navy "E" Flag, and the acceptance of Army-Navy "E" pins. Also included is information regarding the history and significance of the award, a statement indicating that Price Brothers workers have also been awarded a Minute Man "T" flag for investing more than 10 percent of their gross payroll in war bonds, a listing of Price Brothers associates serving in the armed forces, and a short essay titled "Stamina always Wins."
