Description	Program for the presentation of the Army-Navy "E" Award for Excellence in War Production to the Eastern Aircraft Division of General Motors Corporation in Baltimore on February 8, 1945. Included in the program is a summary of the history and significance of the Army-Navy "E" award, a copy of a letter from U.S. Secretary of the Navy James Forrestal dated January 2, 1945, and listing of the award ceremony activities. The pages after the ceremony activities include a dedication from Eastern Aircraft plant workers to the the men and women of the armed forces, and an expression of gratitude those who have helped the plant to earn the award. Also included are verses from "America" and "The Star Spangled Banner."
